Conditions of the "Christmas Trading" Promotion by OnFin
- Participation in the Drawing

1.1. All OnFin clients who have registered on onfin-promo.com can participate in the drawing.
Eligible account types: Mini, Fix, ECN.

For regular clients, the terms of the promotion apply automatically from December 12, 2024 to January 31, 2025. Submission of a participation request allows for the consideration of deposits from $500 made by the client during this period as fulfillment of the conditions for participation.
1.2
To register, you must send an email to the support service at support@onfin.io with the subject line "Christmas Trading." In the email, the participant should provide the created nickname, which will be used to track their positions in the leaderboard, as well as the numbers of all trading accounts involved in the promotion and fulfilling the conditions of the campaign.
2. Dates and Conditions of the Promotion
2.1
The promotion runs from December 12, 2024 to January 31, 2025, inclusive.
2.2
The organizer will notify the winners via the email provided during registration within 5 business days after the draw. The results will also be announced on February 10 in our Telegram channel.
3. Conditions for Participation
3.1
To participate, you must top up your trading account with at least $500 and achieve a trading volume of at least $100,000.
3.2
Each time these conditions are met, the participant will receive 1 ticket for the drawing. There is no limit on the number of tickets per participant. A participant can win multiple prizes simultaneously.
3.3
Participants may use multiple trading accounts to fulfill the conditions of the promotion.
3.4
The color of the phone and watch may differ from what is shown on the website.
The participant can choose between the prize or its monetary equivalent. If a physical prize is chosen, the participant is responsible for covering shipping, insurance, and customs duties.

During the promotion period, transferring funds between accounts is considered a violation of the rules and will exclude those accounts from participation in the drawing.
Withdrawing funds from the trading account also disqualifies the participant from using that account to participate in the drawing.

4. Notification of Winners
4.1
The organizer will notify the winners via email, as provided during registration, within 5 business days after the drawing.
5. Receiving Prizes
5.1
If a physical prize is chosen, the participant must provide delivery details and agree on the delivery schedule with the company.
5.2
Prizes will be delivered by March 1, 2025.
5.3
In the event of force majeure, the company will notify about the delay until March 1, 2025, and provide updated delivery timelines.
5.4
If the monetary equivalent is chosen, the funds will be credited to the participant's account within 5 business days after the results are published. The funds can be withdrawn to personal account details or used for trading. The participant will bear the withdrawal costs.
6. Additional Provisions
6.1
The company reserves the right to disqualify participants for dishonest behavior or fraud.
6.2
The transfer of rights to third parties is not allowed.
6.3
If the winner does not respond to the notification within 30 days, the company reserves the right to cancel the prize, notifying the participant 5 business days in advance.
6.4
In case of account suspension due to violation of the company’s rules, the participant loses the right to receive the prize.

If prize delivery is not possible to the participant's country of residence, the company may credit the monetary equivalent to the account.
